About exhibition

The international exhibition, InterFood St. Petersburg, was launched in 1997 and soon became the leading exhibition for the food industry in North West Russia.  Now many Russian and international companies take part in the exhibition. Every year, InterFood gathers leading and professional companies from the industry to promote the dynamic development of their business and present their vision for the future. Special packages are available for young companies and newcomers. 

In 2005 the exhibition was granted the RUEF (Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs) and UFI logos, which are the signs of an exhibition high quality.

Number of visitors - 3600 trade visitors - representatives of trading networks, supermarkets, grocery stores, wholesales and producers from St.Petersburg and North-West region of Russia, Moscow and Central Russia, Novosibirsk and Siberia, Yekaterinburg and Ural , Far East, CIS and foreign countries

'Despite the current economic crisis, companies in Russia will continue to develop and demonstrate their products in the marketplace. Participation in Interfood and Prodtech allows companies to promote their products and services to international markets and provides them with an opportunity to play their part in the global economy.

The North-West's large industrial, technological and intellectual potential places it in a good position to provide a substantial contribution towards the development of Russian industry, which varies from output & diversification of modern machinery to improvement of food quality and accessibility'.
